Focal Length:14mm
Shutter:1/0 sec

the cover shone blue like the open sea

the pages inside were cool as a compass
as white as the future

undrawn maps to unimagined territories
the homes of stories not yet told

the paper waited for routes of ink
to be embellished with forests and islands

for the margins to be bedoodled
with monsters and wonders

it’s a universal licence
to spend long golden hours exploring

I think I might discover somewhere I like
